Tonight College Basketball freaks around the country will be celebrating the start of the College Basketball season with the 4th annual ESPN College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon.  Well, we here at WiscoBadgers have two massive college hoops fans and will be sharing the joy of the full 24 hour marathon with all of you.  Our editor Andy and Badgers Basketball reporter Jonathon will be hosting a live chat for the entire 24 hour marathon.
